Eastern Shore Boxwoods  was founded in 1991.  We are located on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Virginia and grow many varieties of boxwood.  We sell both retail and wholesale and encourage enquiries from landscapers, garden centers and homeowners.

Boxwoods are beautiful plants, long valued for their landscape value and, in general, need little care.  At Eastern Shore Boxwoods, we take our cuttings from carefully selected plants.  Some of our sources include  English boxwoods planted on the Eastern Shore in the 1700's.  The continued growth and health of these old plants testify to the adaptability and vigor of this species, surviving the little Ice Age in the late 1700's and increased global warming today.

Notice:  We are a small business and are not able to make deliveries off the Eastern Shore of Virginia.   We would be pleased to meet you at our nursery to fill your order.  For larger orders we have a reliable trucker who charges $1.00 a mile each way.  This sounds like a lot but it may only add a few dollars to the cost of each plant.
